GitHub ActionsやGitLab CI/CDからOIDCでnpm publishができるように。 CIにsecretsとしてnpm registryのtokenを入れなくても、npm側のTrusted Publisherの設定によりCIからpublishができるようになっている。 npm 11.5.1以降が必要
